The Length of Football 'Seasons':

Each tackle football 'off-season' spans roughly 40 out of the 52 weeks of the year, from November through July. Tackle football 'In-Season' spans August through November for most leagues; This is when games and play-offs occur. Most families train during the 'Off-Season.' Though some continue through the 'In-Season,' for various reasons. Flag football is becoming a year-round sport now, in So-Cal.

Factors to Consider in the Training Process:

The starting point for each athlete, the athlete's learning pace, daily nutritional habits, & activity outside of training affect the rate of their development and pace of training. Most QB's, regardless of age or experience, can be completely "game-ready" within 10 private workouts; For some, sooner. Others sometimes need 10-12.

The Best Time to Train:

If your athlete is preparing for a Flag-Football or 7-on-7 League, it's recommended to begin QB Private Training in the Winter. Most begin in November and December. If your athlete is only preparing for the tackle football season, it's possible to wait until spring, around March.

All Quarterbacking Skills Developed

Your athlete will know, in their heart, that they are completely prepared to take on any defense, from within any offense.
